Richelle Roach

Geriatric Care Manager

Richelle Roach has served as a Geriatric Care Manager at the Neighborhood House since 2024. Prior to joining us, Richelle worked as a Social Worker at the Hopkins Center, an Appeals and Grievances Specialist at Healthfirst, a Health and Wellness Advisory at MetroPlus Health Plan and a Client Services Associate/Case Worker at the Medicare Rights Center. Richelle is a graduate of Brooklyn College (BA, Sociology and Gender Studies) and Southern New Hampshire University (MS, Public Health).
