Program Manager

Carita So has served as a Program Manager with our Geriatric Care Management program since 2023, having previously served as an Operations Manager at our Women’s Mental Health Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory. Carita first joined the Neighborhood House in 2019 as a Social Service Worker. Previously, Carita was a PACU Intern at Beth Israel Hospital. Carita is a graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College (MSW) and Hunter College (BA, Psychology) and is fluent in Cantonese.
