Araceli Campos

Geriatric Care Manager

Araceli Campos has been a Geriatric Care Manager with our Geriatric Care Management team since 2023, after previously serving as a Older Adult Services Care Manager with Geriatric Care Management, as well as a volunteer for our CARE Program. Prior to joining us, Campos was a Patient Navigator at Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, a Community Worker at Selfhelp Queens North Case Management and a Social Worker at JASA Coney Island Active Aging NORC. Araceli is a graduate of CUNY York College (BS, Gerontology) and is fluent in Spanish.
