Jacqueline Fernandez has been an Assistant Teacher in our Early Childhood Center since 2018. Jacqueline came to the Neighborhood House after a 16-year teaching career at the Columbia University Head Start Program. Jacqueline is a graduate of The City College of New York (BA).
